As a Mortgage Broker, Rick has made it his mission to deliver honest, practical and valuable mortgage advice to his customers. His ultimate goal is to help his customers by providing professional advice, excellent customer service and an enjoyable mortgage experience.

Rick began his career in the late 90’s with Sutton Group Realty in Toronto. His natural talent for sales and customer service allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks and become a top-selling agent and training manager in his early 20’s.

In his continued quest for industry knowledge, Rick attended an intensive 8 month post-diploma program at Seneca College for Financial Service Underwriting. This is where his passion for the mortgage industry was born.

Rick has helped hundreds of partners, including realtors, close more transactions than ever before with his knowledge of the Canadian mortgage market. Rick’s next venture led him to become a founding partner of a large mortgage franchise, Broker One, with over 600 registered mortgage agents. His insurmountable drive to work relentlessly while delivering only the best mortgage solutions has made him a clear stand out in the mortgage industry.

Rick finds great pride in training mortgage agents utilizing a customer centric methodology while mastering sales scripts and efficiencies with the goal of delivering the best possible mortgage product to every mortgage client.

Rick also enjoys leading training seminars and speaking at real estate offices and mortgage courses to help other brokers excel in the industry. He is a regular guest speaker at a licensed mortgage broker course, teaching expectations and preparedness to students who wish to open their own mortgage brokerage in the future.
