Responsibilities + Duties
Grow your customer base with our hot and active inbound leads
Convert the leads to closed mortgage applications
Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for all clients with the highest level of customer service
Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation

Requirements
Experience preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of basic computer systems
Command of written and spoken English
Sales experience preferred
Candidate must be able to quickly assess, analyze the best options for clients and guide clients with competence and excellence in mortgage brokering
Mortgage Underwriting experience is a bonus
Self-motivated
Analytical: You can break down complex information for our clients and present it to them in a clear and concise manor
