Responsibilities + Duties

• Grow your customer base with our hot and active inbound leads
• Convert the leads to closed mortgage applications
• Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for all clients with the highest level of customer service
• Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
• Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation

Compensation

Requirements

• Experience preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of basic computer systems
• Command of written and spoken English
• Sales experience preferred
• Candidate must be able to quickly assess, analyze the best options for clients and guide clients with competence and excellence in mortgage brokering
• Mortgage Underwriting experience is a bonus
• Self-motivated
• Analytical: You can break down complex information for our clients and present it to them in a clear and concise manor
• Resourceful: You may not have all the answers, but you know how to get them
• Proactive: You are never idle and love being busy
